1. About Us
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Queen of the South FC online store and any purchases made through it. The store is operated by Queen of the South FC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

5. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including after confirmation, if payment cannot be processed, if a product is found to be unavailable or incorrectly priced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you require international delivery, please contact us before placing an order.
8. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item. Personalised or customised items (e.g. shirts with a name and number printed) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs, at no cost to you.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our store, including logos, images, text, and product designs, is the property of Queen of the South FC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, in line with the location of our registered operations.
